About Us
Stephanie Chase is a small neighborhood in Austell, Georgia located in Cobb County approximately 15 miles west of Atlanta. Built in 2004, it has 36 beautiful single family homes on 1/2 – 3/4 acre lots. Stephanie Chase is a covenant community and, as per the covenants, only homeowners reside in the homes. Leasing and renting of the homes are a violation of the registered covenants.
